Here is how monthly subscription cancellation works. Please review this policy with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Conecta Suite Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled, unless a different written billing arrangement applies. The applicable order or checkout shows the price and billing schedule accepted at purchase.
2. How to cancel
Use an available account or customer portal to cancel, or contact us through the official support channel: info@conectasuitepro.com. Please provide enough account information for us to locate the subscription and confirm the request. Deleting content or simply stopping use of the Service does not, by itself, cancel a subscription.
3. Effective date and access
Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Customers normally retain access through that period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the next renewal date.
4. Future charges
After cancellation becomes effective, no additional recurring subscription charges should be made. Charges already incurred or other outstanding amounts remain payable.
5. Refunds and partial months
Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time in the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed by Conecta Suite Pro in writing.
6. Promotional subscriptions
If the customer received an introductory or negotiated rate, the specific offer, order, or subscription schedule governs its duration and the disclosed rate afterward. Promotional pricing does not prevent cancellation unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes a minimum commitment.
7. Add-ons and other amounts
Canceling the core subscription does not erase unpaid charges already incurred for additional services. Any separate add-on subscription should be reviewed and canceled according to its own order terms.
8. Your data before closure
Please export or download important business information before account closure. We do not promise a fixed post-cancellation export window. After access ends, we may delete or retain information as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law or a written agreement.
