This Privacy Policy describes how CONECTA USA BUSINESS FL LLC handles personal information when people visit conectasuitepro.com, contact us, or use Conecta Suite Pro. It also explains the different roles we and our business customers may have when customer accounts contain personal information.
1. Scope and roles
This Policy applies to our public website and to the Conecta Suite Pro business management platform. For information submitted directly to us to request information, purchase a subscription, or manage an account, CONECTA USA BUSINESS FL LLC determines how that information is used. A business customer generally decides what client, employee, company, and marketing-contact information it enters into its own account and is responsible for its collection, notices, permissions, and lawful use. We handle that account information to provide the Service and follow the customer’s authorized instructions, subject to law and our agreement.
2. Information we receive
We may receive contact and account details such as a name, business name, email address, phone number, billing contact details, and messages sent to our team. Customers may upload or create CRM contacts, tasks, forms, calendars, documents, websites, catalogs, company relationships, and other content within the platform. The information in those records depends on what each customer chooses to provide.
When the website or Service is used, systems may record technical information needed to operate and protect it, such as device or browser details, IP address, access times, pages or functions used, and error or security logs. Payment and subscription information may be provided by a payment processor or reflected in our billing records. We do not need customers’ full payment card numbers to describe or manage a subscription.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service; set up and administer accounts and subscriptions; deliver requested features; respond to inquiries; provide customer support and initial data migration; communicate about billing, service, and security; detect abuse and protect the platform; comply with legal obligations; and improve reliability and usability. We use customer account content to deliver the functions chosen by the customer and do not claim ownership of that content.
4. Marketing contacts and messages
Business customers are responsible for the contacts they import or collect, the campaigns they send, and obtaining any permissions required by applicable email, privacy, and anti-spam laws. Active marketing-contact allowances differ by plan; CRM contacts may be stored separately from those active marketing contacts. Recipients should use the unsubscribe or preference options provided in a message or contact the sending business about a campaign. We may send our own product or business communications where permitted by law, with available opt-out choices for promotional messages.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should use appropriate access controls, keep account credentials confidential, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described here, meet contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate records. Retention varies by the type of information and circumstances; this Policy does not promise a fixed export or deletion period. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention and backup processes.
8. Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal data. Send a request to info@conectasuitepro.com. We may need to verify the request and may be required or permitted to retain some information. If the request concerns data placed in a customer’s account, contact that customer directly first; we will help our customer respond where appropriate.
Customers may update account information through available account controls or by contacting support. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe from promotional messages through available links or contact the sender.
9. International use
Conecta Suite Pro is operated by a Florida company and may be accessed from other locations. Information may be processed in the United States or other places where our providers operate, subject to applicable law and appropriate contractual or operational safeguards.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the public website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information directly to us without proper authority.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date above shows the latest version. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
